provider RCI Europe, entrusts management and support of its Pan-European
data area network to Pervasive Networks and Trend Network Services under
a multi-year framework.
RCI is the fastest-growing timeshare exchange organisation in Europe
with some 3 million customers worldwide. Processing large volumes of
real-time reservation transactions, RCI’s network stretches from
Dublin to Moscow, operating across several time-zones.
Under the framework, the alliance partners provide 24/7 monitoring
for the network focused at two large data centres in Kettering and Cork.
The partnership also provides RCI with network management, performance
reporting, configuration management and tailored consultancy services.
