Standard Support

Trend Network Services Standard Support is an essential network maintenance service. Call handling, logistics, field engineering, telephone technical and software support are all covered under one contract with a single point of contact.

Enhanced Support

Enhanced Support includes all of the essential services described under ‘Standard’ plus technical consultancy days, an on site monitoring platform (Service Agent) and a communication portal. The Portal provides access to a variety of critical service information and reports around the support contract. This gives both you and your customer visibility of what is actually happening on the network, in real time.

Mission Critical Support

‘Premium support’ is a specially designed service tailored for mission critical networks that need close attention, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
